Culinary Instruction What could be better than a combined workshop and vacation to learn Tuscan culinary arts and photography . All instructions will be based out of Florence, the heart of Tuscany, with top instructional chef Fabio Guelfi and top Italian photographer Luca Bracali (www.lucabracali.it).
During this comprehensive, hands on culinary and photography workshop, you will learn the best of Tuscan cuisine and have the opportunity to photograph some of the top locations across Tuscany. Five exciting days of Italian cooking classes covering traditional Tuscan fare along with 8 days of unmatchable photographic opportunities and instruction.
Visit the Mercato Centrale, the city’s largest market. From the gastronomie, or delicatessens filled with prepared foods, breads, cured meats and cheeses to the butcher shops who specialize in poultry, rabbits, beef and other cuts. Make your way through the vegetable vendors and specialty stands selling dried fruits, olives and culinary herbs. Visit a local bakery to see the traditional art of Artisan bread making. Travel to see wine, cheese and olive oil producers who wait to show you their generations old traditions and have you sample the fruits of their labors. |
